 Ridgid Extractor Bell
Extractor bell with double vee block for accurate positioning producing precision 90° branches.

TEE-EXTRACTORS
Forged hooks, specially polished tempered and burnished. Nickel plated bells. Special hook shape for:
  • Safe, precision joints installed without cutting the tube
  • Easy introduction into the drill hole
  • Controlled and uniform material manipulation
  • Standard specification overlaps and optimum capillary gaps
  • No finishing necessary


TEE-EXTRACTORS 1
Drill the pilot hole using the self centering UNIDRILL automatic set to the correct size. 		TEE-EXTRACTORS 2
Introduce the extractor hook into the drilled hole and screw the bell firmly to the tube wall. 		TEE-EXTRACTORS 3
Hold the extractor firmly in place during extracting especially for the final few turns. 		TEE-EXTRACTORS 4
Set the branch insert depth with the adjustable cam pincer.
The UNIDRILL Automatic is calibrated for each branch size and is easily adjusted to provide the correct diameter hole for each tube extractor hook.
